PAVSYS produces sustainable and efficient building envelopes that naturally reduce the amount of operating energy used by up to 85%. Combining off-site manufacturing (OSM) of the interior elements with on-site completion of the reinforced concrete column and beam structure delivers an affordable and cost-effective building system that is capable of being engineered to resist earthquakes, cyclones and bush fires.

Our system of Permanent Insulated Formwork (PIF) panels uses innovation in design to leverage existing deeply established building products and materials into a whole-of-system approach and provides a cost-effective mechanism to build what is widely regarded as the highest quality, most robust, most time durable building material - in-situ concrete. This PIF system combines all of the required building elements with the advantages of homogenous concrete construction - but at a lower cost.

Standarised or custom sizes can be combined to create any design that satisfies structural engineering, thermal insulation values and window & door openings. Variable sized cores also allows for suspended concrete reinforced floors and roofs to be formed, with the gypsum plaster becoming the ceiling lining.
